Beautiful You

I have been playing with this stamp from Beautiful You. You can use it in so many different ways. Stamp it plain, stamp it on designer paper, water colour it or add it to make a scene.

We are off on holiday now for the week. Cycling the Alps to Ocean trail. 6 days of cycling. Woohoo.

Changing dsp colours

Here is away to change colour of your designer paper to add more use to your paper. The centre piece of designer paper was white with navy. With the use of sponges and Peach peekaboo ink I have coloured this panel.Along with the Dragonfly it looks really good.
Here is another sample.
This card I have used flirty Flamingo and have changed the arrangement.

You've got this

I received a card similar to this as a swap from Gail Ruddle at Onstage Auckland. Not having the stamps that she used I made my version using what stamps I had.The stamp set is called You've Got This. Thanks Gail for the inspiration. Product List

OnStage swaps

I am just back from OnStage in Auckland. Had a fabulous day drawling over the new catalogue and watching demonstrations of new products, hearing from Stampin'Up! CEO and making some cards. As always with a Stampin'Up! event there is always swap time. The card above is my swap this time using the lovely Dragonfly and designer paper from the 2016-2018 In colour series.
I used 4 of the 5 in colours to make the cards. To get the colour on the dragonfly I sponged the in colours onto Shimmer card stock and then cut out the wings using the framelits.
Some of the cards I have used the reverse side of the Petal Burst embossing folder as shown above. Looks quite effective either way.
